I have green involved with the CSA over the past seven years and made my life a misery. I’ve never missed a payment in that time, had my children every weekend as my children are my life but CSA don’t care that I made a overpayment of over 400 pound three years ago. After numbered letters and phones calls and letters and letters i am still waiting. how can that be right my children have grown up now and I would advise people who have separated to have nothing to do with the csa

Shocking ..
Easy said .. But it often the Dwp that involves CSA if one parent Is on benefits.
Invoice them for over payment make sure the invoice indicates they have 28 days to pay or the balance will incur charges 8% above your banks base rate.
make an appointment with your M.P. They can put pressure on the CSA regarding your over-payments.
I was involved for 13 years with the CSA, they are without doubt the worse pen pushing amateurs that I have ever dealt with.
Complain, complain and keep complaining by letter. Write to the DWP and Chief exec.
