I won’t pay CSA if I can’t be a dad to my son
So yesterday I had my most recent up to date love letter from them blood suckers from up yonder.
They say they are going to start taking £197 a week directly from my bank account! Haha I owe £10,000 for 1 child that I’ve not set eyes on in the last 9 years because of the ex’s bitterness.
As far as I’m concerned she lost the right to my wallet when I was rejected the right to play apart in his life.
I’m not paying to be dad without playing dad. I honestly want them to do their worst. I’ve got 2 kids and a girlfriend by the time I’m left with my money after the tax man and the csa tax man has had a play your looking at abit £200 a week from £600. So that’s £800 a month to feed 2 adults and 2 children?
I paid about £6000 to begin with but I thought what is the point I told the csa I would set up and isa for when he grows up but they obviously rejected.
I’m not paying and will never pay a penny. I’ll never have nothing with or without paying them bastards so what difference does it make.
The thoughts that go through my mind because of having them blood suckers hound you from every corner it’s unreal. I could commit some serious carnage because all the bullshit they give out.
Where’s guy fawkes when you need him.
FUCK THE CSA AND EVERYOKE INVOLVED WITH IT.
FUCK THIS COUNTRY AND ITS BLOOD SUCKING GOVERNMENT.
AND FUCK THAT FAT LITTLE SCROUNGING LITTLE CUNT EX OF MINE.

I can see that you are very upset. And with good reason too.
What you need my friend is a strategy when dealing with the CSA/CMS. They have incredible enforcement powers and can obtain a liability order followed by a Third Party debt order, charging order and so on.
Before it’s too late, seek help and deal with this at the early stage and certainly before a liability order has been obtained otherwise you will get into serious financial difficulties.

I feel your pain but where are you getting your figures from? The max they can take is 15% of your net wage, if your net wage is £600 a week, that is £90 CSA, not £200. Either they have fucked up and you are entitled to a rebate, or you have entered a typo. an extra £450 a month in your sky rocket makes a big difference.
I have an arrangement with my ex, but since I left my well paid job and started working agency, she gets less. due to the fact she is as thick as shit , she said she will go back to the CSA, thinking somehow she will get more money which she will spend on fags and gambling instead of supporting my child. Anywho, I’ve told her that she will be worse off going back to CSA because she will be charged for using the service, and If I refuse to use CSA because we have an arrangement already, that is my legal right.
