I will see the CSA in court if I do not get money
Dear Sir/Madam, I’m writing on behalf of myself and my two children. I put a claim into you from the jobcentre in 2001.
I tried claiming child maintanence but i got no where. i applied for it again in 2006 and the women dealing with my case was Miss. Bozwell, it looks like my claim has been ignored. You never asked for any details that support my claim. My ex wife and I, split in 2000. ive made many attempts to apply for my childrens maintanence but didnt have any replies.
I’m entitled to money from you or my ex wife, its been 12 years without anything, so its time to take a stand against you and my ex wife (Melanie Gale) and she has a job at Tescos and she has worked since we split.
So if nothing comes off this, we will see you in court, yours sincerely.

this is not the official csa website so they will not reply to your query on here. You will need to contact them direct via the official website or by phone – they are open Monday – Friday 8-8 and Saturday 9-5
Don,
You may be in a better position to proceed with any further action if you also apply for you Data Protection File, with all notepad sections dated. There is a £10 fee (cheque or PO payable to; CSA). Once in receipt the CSA you should be able to establish, what has been happening with your case.

Go for it.
Do everything you can to get your money if genuinely owed.
Make sure you send everything recorded delivery & keep copies, dates etc.
Also please keep us updated on your progress.
Don’t deal with the csa by phone, everything in writing, sent recorded, keep the receipts.
Copy your MP into everything and try and get them involved as your advocate.
Make a formal complaint about any decision you are unhappy with from the outset as time limits are involved. Always go for an appeal tribunal asap following the internal process.
Get a copy of your Data Protection prints from the outset so you know what you are dealing with, again follow the correct procedure in wording your request to get ALL information, send it to the right department, send the correct fee.
Don’t be afraid to complain about any csa staff, or their superiors if you feel you have just cause.
Remember the process, internal complaint, ‘independent’ case examiner (the csa protection department), appeals tribunal, parliamentry and health service ombudsman through your mp for maladministration.
