I was told the CSA would be easier – what a joke!
I went through csa as I was told it would be easier what a joke my ex pays 11.33 a week for 2 children they collect from his wages I shoul receive no later the 26th of the month every month im behind as my payment supposedly gets stuck in there system they are supposed to put a tracker on payment which then takes another 15 days im still waiting
They are unhelpful give incorrect information and just don’t seem to care and say if your that bothered you could always sort your self so they are a wast of time

If your payments are delayed and youre stuck, you have options. If therds a schedule in place you can ask for an advanced payment. If the csa systems are failing and the delay is a result of admin error or something else that the csa controls, complain and ask about a Special Payment . Its not a quick fix. Special payment takes up to 12 weeks to process but if its their error and its causing you problems…hit them with it.

Sue the person who told you it would be easier using the CSA.
CSA Mums are evil and I am quite happy you are being destroyed by the very system created by you!
Mums have created the CSA so live with it.
Ask my ex for cash…she has plenty.
serves you right for using this filth in the first place, sort it out with your ex, you get more done. they even suggested that themselves as you said and soon you will have to as the system is changing.

whilst I hate the csa like most of us on here and some of the greedy pwc. I see no reason why they should be called a tramp, un called for.

@ nick….don’t tar all csa cases with the same brush. If some men avoid their responsibilities then yes there should be a claim, but csa aren’t bothered with those cases, the bloody reason it was set for in the first place!
I also do not agree that maintenance should top up any benefits because the nrp cannot make up the shortfold and still have their outgoings plus no incentive for a pwc to work.
