1. Your case has nothing to do with his other ex and im pretty sure through data protection they should not have told you about another child. csa should go from when they first made contact with him in October. Make a complaint via letter and if it isn’t resolved see your mp.

2. By law they must backdate to the date you contacted the agency. Make a formal complaint and document everything

   @ david….yes most men do pay and support their kids its the way the csa conduct themselves that make it difficult and in some cases how the pwc conduct themselves with stopping access etc to get more money…hence the new system coming into force!….everyone’s cases cannot be made black and white like that.
