I was ordered to pay for a child I don’t think is mine

I was said to be the father of a child so child support set up a meeting for me and the mother to come in for a dna test three times I was there the mother never can .

so the childsupport lady said thr mother must have something to hide because she never came and closed thje case for good nad told me I was clear to go 15 years after this worker was fired they brought the case back and there was two children now .

so I ask for a paternity test because this case was closed 15 or 16 years ago because the mother would not come to do a dna test and I wsa denied and order to pay for a child that I don,t think is my child .

the child is grown now and I owe back pay for other childerns to but I feel my rights was violated and at that time I aws locked up for standing up for my rights and was given eight months in the county jailfor a chargethat only carry 30 days each. I had to so I had to write the governal to get so help and he put me in contact with nc legal prison service and they found out I aws given to much time for the charge and they came to my aid .

I had been locked up for over six months before I got help because they was not letting my mail out and I had legal papers to sue them but could not find a lawyer to take the case .so can you please help in this mess they or outing me through thank you
