I want the CSA to give me my lost payment
Well my ex pays by deo each month started in september first month had to wait til november for 1st payment as employer sent it in wrong was put on 21 day tracker.
Dec 2014 payment was ok put on 24 tracker and now this months payment gone missing went into csa 19th not on any of there 3 systems lost and all i get 5 day call back not happy.
So now its lost with the csa pay out of there own pockets there is no why gonna let them get away with this gonna write to the head of csa and i want compensation for lost payment.

Maybe the payment doesn’t exist, maybe your ex has been sensible and left his job, Csa shouldn’t be relied on! It’s not a regular form of income and the Csa won’t and don’t have to reimburse you for any payments missing or not! By the way it’s not your money it’s the kids money if it exists
Ok Lisa very spotty comment not a lot u don’t know comes via deo and they don’t put a ref number too it so goes missing and they have this time found it and advised me to phone up every month don’t know why and there has been two occasions where I have had compensation cause of the csa and being there fault so yes you can get compensation just to let everyone know,and yes I know my kids money thanks that’s why I complain if these fathers were to pay for their children or sometimes it’s the mother who’s the non resident parent wouldn’t need the csa like my ex doesn’t want to pay thinks he can get away with it I provide everything for my son and everything helps he doesnt go without.
get a copy of your file and it should show were the money went
Just phne them and they are lagally obliged to respond .
