I told the CSA that my son had moved in but they didn’t listen

I told the CSa my son moved in with me on October 2012 but they did not listen. Only after 1 helpful agent started to listen,whilst I was on the Phone she phones my ex wife and aked her if my son lives with me and she confirmed my story.

she also advised her not to continue clamming child benefit. This happened in 2013 October 1 YEAR LATER. I have 3 children with my ex and the agencies was taking out of my $860 per month and with my mortgage of 900 per month it has driven me to poverty.
