I somehow missed one payment, now the CSA want to take a double payment that I can’t afford
I missed a payment due to the CSA not requesting payment from the bank even though there was funds in the account. Now the unreasonable shits reckon I should of had the funds available when they requested it. However, as any family knows, sometimes that’s just not possible. I am on basic income and I am the only one working in my household. I have 3 children to support so how is making a double payment reasonable? when I spoke to them they said I could spread the payment over 4 months, now they said it can only be paid in 2 payments. I’m confused, what can I do?

The first thing you must remember when dealing with the CSA SCUM, it that they are the lowest life for in the universe, associating with the worst paedophile on the planet is preferable to having to deal with the CSA, they will lie to you, they will break any law they please and it is always you that is in the wrong. Open another bank account to have your salary paid into, but don’t tell the CSA about it, then just transfer enough to cover what the scumbag leeches want every week/Month
That is the way they make you non compliant so they can get a DEO on you
If csa doesn’t take a payment, and as with any financial matters, always put the money aside as they will claim it at some point…. common sense really…..
I agree with Melinda if they didn’t take it I would have left it there till they did only thing you could do is speak to a manager and request that they take a little extra on top of the regular payment over an extended period of time
