I should recieve around 60 pounds for my two children (aged 8 and 9) but instead recieve £40 if that…
I havent recieved my csa for the past month or so?why is this?i continously contact the department with my complaint and they do say it should be in bank within whatsoever working days.
This is causing such inconvenience in my life,if its electricity or gas bills?shopping for food or if my children are in need for clothes.
life is becoming a stuggle when im on £60 short?but come on,£60 to anyone (especially me) is alot,whether its a new outfit for my children?electric etc what should i do?

Stop being greedy and be happy with what you got
– Coz there sat on the money and it’s gaining interest in their bank along with thousands of other malicious mothers.. Grow up and deal with you’re ex properly face-to-face instead of using these idiots..

Some fathers leave no choice but to go Csa cause they simply don’t want to pay. Once mines paid to Csa by direct debit it takes them 10 working days to pay it out – getting all the interest in their bank from thousands of people. I’d be happy to receive it direct but when he won’t l have no option but to use Csa!
For a start…WTF has your bills got to do with your kids? The money you get from your ex via these f***ing idiots is for the kids, ALL of it, every penny. It ain’t there to subsidise, pay for anything else, that includes your gas,electric.
Get a job and pay that yourself or if you have a job? Get another.
I don’t give a shit whatever you bleeding heart parents with care think about that. The fact is CM is for the child, it’s taken from the father and I’m pretty dam sure he wants it spent on his kid and not paying your bills…lol

Firstly the original complaint was typed for me. I now see it is incorrect. I am meant to recieve 40.00 per week for my children. The money is taken as an attachment of earnings so it is being paid but not to me when it should be. Its over a month no its two months since i recieved any payment at all. Tax credits have it that i recieve 67.00 pounds a week but thats another story.

Kids use all these, idiot – it is exactly what CSA is for.. Plus, I would imagine she is paying out for the stuff her kids need out of other money then planing on buying general things with the CSA. Its called ‘budgetting’, you should look it up.
