I pay myself through dividends – how will that affect the CSA?

Firstly I have to be the biggest idiot around to fall for this one but any advice would be greatly appreciated as I am just about to embark on the biggest hellish nightmare CSA can offer.

From the top. I went on a short break with a girl I had only known for a few months who I had met through some friends. Out of the blue she mailed me with flight confirmation abroad for which I accepted. On the flight over she tells me how she wanted to have a child as she Was now 34 and that she diddnt know how to go about this but wanted to raise the child with her Gay mail best friend. During our break we had unprotected sex based on her request where at the point of ejaculation she didn’t get off as requested.

The following morning I took her directly to the pharmacy and purchased the morning after pill which I gave her. A few minutes later she requested to go to the toilet and on return informed me that she had taked the pill “this was absolute bollox” shortly after our return home she informs me that she is pregnant. We sit and discuss this in length where i offer all the support she requires on the basis that we terminate the pregnancy and that I without question do not want a child, certainly not with her. At this point she says she is going ahead with the pregnancy and wants me to have nothing to do with any part of the child’s life. I haven’t spoken with her since.

Guess what!!! Last week I received a call from the CSA surprise surprise. She has had the child and requested CS to the tune of £450 per month. There is no way I can afford this with all my current fixed outgoings. Firstly I have requested a paternity test as this sneaky fucking whore could have been trying this with various unexpecting victims.

Also I am director of my own small business and do split my salary through PAYE and dividend. Does anyone have any advice on the varying issues I face due to this devious c*nt.

  1. Demand a DNA test and if you are the father of the child then you will have to put it down to a bad experience, one of life’s lessons because at the end of the day…. YOU chose have sex with her without protection……

Alarm bells should have started ringing when she told you she WANTED a child…..

  2. Get a DNA test sorted first to make sure the baby is yours.

CSA take dividends into account now as income. Reason for this is because you are the director it is at your discretion when dividends can be paid.

  3. Dividends are taken into account, if I was you I would get some advice now as it seems mistakes in the initial set up of the case can take years to correct. There are several organisations that for not too much will review your case and act on your behalf which at least saves you the stress of dealing with these arseholes directly.

  4. Dividends are only taken into account IF the other parent applies for it under a variation.

Given your situation i would recommend that you do NOT tell the mother you receive income through dividends. You will only be assessed on what you earn PAYE. And also, if she requests a variation based on your dividends, she needs to provide evidence.

    Hope that helps.
