I pay for everything my daughter gets but I still have to pay CSA
My ex wife has 2 houses, parents are multi-millionaires, and goes away on 3 2week holidays abroad, and affords all this on part time wages???
I myself live in rented flat work continental shifts so i pick my daughter up from school once a week and the 2 weekends when i’m off i have my daughter all weekend, i also pay for all my daughters after school activities like cheerleading, gymnastics and dance and pay for all the uniforms etc. I pay for clothes and shoes for her yet the ex wife still insists i pay csa?? why ???
Can anyone help? as I feel I’m doing as much as i can to help with the up bringing of my child but when i do pay CSA she’s always out down town with the money i used to give her!!!

Some women have no shame, they only see pound signs and a bulging bank balance,
Your ex’s finances have nothing to do with your responsibilities as a parent to your child. Just because one is seemingly better off than the other doesn’t entitle anyone from not providing. You may need to rethink your contribution to after school activities if the csa demands too much money for maintenance but the fact remains that you are to provide. Best wishes.
She is basically screwing you over big time she is taking your money out of punishment as women are bitter like that.
I am afraid you are now a Cash Cow for the lowest scum on this planet, whoa re even lower on the social scale than the worst paedophile in the universe, be prepared to be bankrupted by them
if you can prove the things you pay for you can apply for a variation based on those things but you will need to have proof. Noone forces you to pay for anything else except your maintenance so the other things you pay for are by choice.
Brett,
If the CSA have made a calculation, that is your liability and you have no further obligation to make any further financial contribution for ‘after school activities like cheerleading, gymnastics and dance’ etc, unless you wish to do so.
Also ensure you are receiving the shared care element as your daughter stays with you at weekends.
