Lauren, what does the NRP do for a living? You may have to do the CSA’s work for them and play the detective. Try finding the NRP on http://www.linkedin.com. Maybe a common friend is prepared to befriend him on FaceBook? Print out their profile and send it as a complaint to the CSA. It kicked them into action for us seeing the the NRP brag how successful his business was while paying just £5 a week as a so called ‘unemployed’! It still took CSA years to actually get any arrears out of him though 🙁 They are useless like that!
