I need advice regarding company directorship and the associated clauses
I had to make a claim to csa back in February 2013. Even though my date of claim was not taken until 8/4/13 due to my son age 8 being his second child.
I was receiving £18.46 each week this was dreadfull considering he is a civil engineer earning from £1,000 to £1,300 weekly earnings. Now that’s disgusting I appealed straight away back in May and long last won my appeal and was told on the 17/8/2013 yes weekly amount should be £134.
Only to be called today by the csa and told he is no longer self employed he now is a director of his company what a lot of rubbish and why are these people allowed to do this its his child so now I am having to go through the whole appeal again because some accountant has told csa he no longer works as civil engineer (suspicious) so I will not have to do a lot of work because I am determined to get him.
I would appreciate any advice from anyone regarding this company directorship and what clauses there are. Before I hire a private detective.
Really annoyed parent with care

Forget Csa speak to your ex and sort it without the Csa being involved! If u get Csa involved you will end up paying the Csa for their service ( it’s a profitable organisation for share holders) so if you use them you will get a fraction ( not known ) of what they take from him so would be better sorting it between yourself or he will be struggling and you won’t really see much of the money took from him
Firstly the additional payments should be backdated to the date of the appeal, secondly you state that “he is a Director of his own Company”, is he the Sole Director, what are the share issues of the Company, if you can find the answers to these questions, then you might actually be in a stronger position than you were before.
No change to the assessment should be made until the full accounts of the limited company he has formed are available for inspection by HMRC and submitted to Companies House.
The last assessment based on the last years available accounts should stand up until that time.
he can pay himself a director’s loan and you cant touch the money declared in this way.. GOOD JOB by your ex, why dont you stop him seeing his kids as a punishment thats a rational thought and sure to help the situation just like the rest of you blood sucking moron pwcs. the sooner we adopt a sharia law the better.
