I need advice on how to apply for support for my son

My name is paula dukelow, and i am needing advice on how to apply for csa. My son is 6 years of age and his father does not help with any costs of his upbringing.

i have been advised to contact you to see how i can go about getting some support and what i need to do to / arrange to have this set up. my sons father is self employed and i am unsure weather he has been paying any tax since he became self employed over a year ago many thanks for your time and i will look forward to hear from you soon.
