I may have to leave my job because the CSA wants £600 a month
I have an agreed amount with my ex. But one day she found out I had a new girlfriend and she went to CSA without me obviously knowing.
So one day I checked my bank and noticed that I was well underpaid. So I took this matter up with HR and they told me CSA have deducted this. They deducted £660 which means I had no where near enough money to survive in London.
I spoke to CSA and they had no idea I had an agreed amount with my ex. They said that they could not refund any money and although I did have an agreed amount with my ex I still have to pay the figure that was in arrears. I have informed CSA that the reason why I pay £100 a month is because I pay £112 train fair to get to see my Daughter on a monthly basis from London. Again CSA couldnt care about this. CSA are ver one sided and this may look like I need to leave my job as they plan on taking £600 next month. Any advice please? 🙂

thats a very high amount for one child i would keep on at them to get the payments reduced

If your paying that amount your yrly salary must be good they take 15 per cent of your take home pay
Consider yourself lucky your not on CSA 1 rules like me. You’d be paying a lot more if you were.
fathers that cant see they kids and phone them are stuck as the ex wont let us contact our kids . they will just turn our kids against us more.. cant they see that.. take a look at the fathers view, we cant see our kids, we cant contact our kids, the mothers turn our kids against us, but do they say that anywhere? no they dont. the mothers got they life sorted with our kids and our money but when we get our life sorted with a new family , how can we bring the new family uop when the csa are robbing us?..
