I look after our son while my daughter lives with her mother – should I have to pay?
I have a daughter who lives with her mother and we have a son who lives with myself…. Today I received a phone call off the CSA informing me a claim has been made for my daughter. I then mentioned that our son lives with me and they said they wasn’t aware of that and would look in to it… The childrens mother seems to think I should pay the earth to her because I receive a higher salary… Where do I stand??? Is it going to be a headache for me??

You can counter claim for your son from her, if it’s ok for her to claim off u for your daughter then she should also b paying towards her son
It will be a headache yes, you can counter claim but if you earn more you’ll end up probably having to pay her a fortune while she pays you £5 per week. Do it anyway out of principle.
Beware, as they’ve now been contacted you’ll be mounting up arrears while they work it all out, so I would use the calculator to work out how much you’re likely to have to pay and start putting it away, because they’ll come for it.
what a shit. wow !!!!
You know what I would tell her that if she continues this claim you will see her in the family court seeking custody of the young lady. See if a family court judge has any understanding of such action. Judges like to see family together. So its not an empty threat.
Other than that the above is correct you can make a claim too.
I have read many things on this sight full of malice but I think this one is top bitch
