I know where my children’s father works but the CSA won’t do anything
Been separated from the scumbag that father my two children. He abandoned them two years ago and denies our youngest exists. He’s stopped playing numerous of times to fund his girlfriend, holidays, fags, booze and football so the CSA got a deductions of earnings order.
Realised I was down money this month so rang them up and they said they had no obligation to tell me that his work contacted saying there is no money to deduct as he no longer works for them…go find him. We’re not in contact with him and he has nothing to do with my children. This won’t be changing. But what’s going to happen? I know where he works and have told the CSA but they can’t write to a company asking for such and such. They’re waiting for him to get in contact, which I know he won’t do. Help? Thankyou!

What you need to do is write to your local MP and tell him/her everything in a calm way ie don’t call your ex names or anything, just tell him/her what happened. The MP will act on your behalf and get things sorted very quickly. The CSA don’t answer to anyone, they are a law unto themselves but they will answer to the government and their MPs.

Oaft another gold digger you clearly say he has nothing to do with the kids and you stated it will stay that way so on that note leave him be get on with your life and forget about the money! I bet you are on benefits and living comfortably on them so why do u need his money? To fund pampering sessions and nights out
I assume on this basis if he’s asks if he can have try kids 50% of the time you’ll happily agree?
All csa payments shud go into a child trust fund that way it will stop gold diggers like you who seem to think they still owe u after u left xx

Firstly coming on here calling him a scumbag won’t get you far, his life and what he does is no business of yours, to be honest with the nastiness you have in your story I do wonder why the poor guy won’t give you time of day, why not put your efforts into making sure your kids have a relationship with their father instead of fleecing him to your advantage and keeping him away from the kids, bitterness speaks volumes here

if your ex was to post on here and call you money grabbing slut (shoe fits and all that) … how would you feel? this website is about constructive input etc…
Who questions what you spend the money you get for YOUR CHILDREN ( child benefit, child tax credits, working tax credits (if you get off your fat lazy ass and work) Do you think your ex should subsidise your drugs? new car? alcohol?….

I would suggest that you may wish to remove your statenent that proudly boasts that you are harassing your ex by giving personal information to the shite at the csa; I am taking them to court for accepting stuff like this because its illegal . then the fat dog who sent it will have an injunction and damages to pay on top.
