I know at least two people who have tried to commit suicide caused by the CSA
I have been dealing with my son’s case – he’s an ex-Iraq War veteran. For over 11 years I have tried to sort it out – complete files have been lost several times, various promises have been made that the matter is being sorted out – nothing, each new officer knows nothing about what is going on, today, several times over the past two days I have been trying to contact an officer who has left me her name and extension number – it would be easier to get into the Kremlin that get through to the officer and give her the information she has requested.
Officers have been rude and unwilling to help, those that do try to help are taken off the case, wage slips have been lost and each time they know nothing.
Today was the last straw. I tried to contact the officer on an 0845 number having held on for about 15 minutes. The person to whom I spoke wouldn’t put me through to the extension I requested and behaved like the Stasi, “You have failed the security”.
Over the 12 years I have suffered from depression from trying to solve the matter and now am taking tables for high blood pressure, I know at least two people who have tried to commit suicide caused by the CSA, and I am at my wits end.
I worked in industry for over 35 years and have never known such total incomptence, ineffeciency, rudeness, unwillingness to follow through promises, in fact a total disaster. It is my intention to take this further and at least have a reasonable explanation why the situation couldn’t be solved.

Doesn’t help by our Prime Minster describing many CSA fathers as ‘worst than drink-drivers’.

Just to let you know they are not officers!They have not sworn an oath,
They are just the lowest grade of civil servant you can get.
With some local councils stating that the future cuts will lead to “Civil unrest”. (Their words not mine), It may be time for those who have imposed this shit on us, to reap what they have sewn!
Just like the poll tax issues of many years ago, I am hoping to seek my revenge upon those who have attempted to criminalise me with flawed legislation and a not fit for purpose shambles!
