Based on basic rate,as you earn over £200 per week, you should pay £68.75per week.this is 25% of of £275
Agree with Caz’s adding up. Around £200/£220 per month (plus their arrears, up to a maximum of around £460) on the new CMS which you should be receiving letters about any time now.
However, I wouldn’t hold my breath, every change implemented at the agency has been a complete disaster so would expect the changeover to run to many many months / years and their basic maths to get screwed up.
The new child maintenance system is based on gross income less pension contributions.
One child 12%, two children 16% and three children or more 19%.
