I have tried negotiation and this has fallen on deaf ears

Fled my home with my child on 8/12/13 after a violent incident which has proceeded to court. We came to an arrangement in regards of my ex paying maintenance, but last month it was late and this month I am yet to receive it.

My lawyer has also been in touch with his lawyer, but they have failed to respond. I have secured a tenancy and require to pay bills etc, and I wanted the maintenance on the 20th of every month @ £200 and as I said, he has failed to do this. His wage is £24,000 so I would be grateful if you could tell me how much (if it was done through CSA) he would pay.

I have tried negotiation and this has fallen on deaf ears. He says he can’t afford to pay me yet he went out last week and bought a new car. I think it would be best all round if this went through you as this was suggested by my lawyer.
