I found my ex is working when he says he is claiming JSA
I have been getting 5 pound a week from my ex as apparently he’s been signing on…. I have however done some detective work which has been relatively easy to find he has his own company and is currently working in Milton Keynes.
I am very annoyed to say the least if I can find out he’s been working constantly since 2003 what the he’ll have the car been going on. I have all his details which I found via LinkedIn I suggest you do the same.
I shall be emailing all of his details to the car by Monday. His name Mr Andrew bridges… look him up!

Let’s hope he manages to stay one step ahead of you, you blood sucker
I dont blame him, why are you snooping into his private life, your a stalker, he obviously cant afford to pay you so leave the poor guy alone,
Love the fact she is expecting sympathy not from me she isn’t I hope this bloke stays ahead of this money grabbing woman
I receive NOTHING from my ex husband,I have at times asked him to help out but he can’t afford it.. I’m not out to destroy him, he has a right to a life too. I’m proud of the fact I alone provide for OUR daughter.. Haven’t you got anything better to do than go snooping about?
If an NRP is on benefit the csa will only investigate their employment details if they are advised that the benefit has ceased, or if the NRP or PWC report a change. If payments are being taken by DFB (deduction from benefit) then this indicates that he is still claiming JSA – if he is working as well as claiming then he is committing benefit fraud. You would need to report this to the benefit fraud dept and they will investigate it. If his benefit stops the agency will investigate his change of circumstances – if you have the details of his employment you can provide these to the agency. A new assessment will be done effective from the end of his benefit claim.
If he is paying the £5 per week by direct debit then he may not be claiming JSA but has not informed the agency. They will be able to verify when his benefit claim ceased and again any new assessment will be effective from when his benefit ended.
Yes Good answer alice, get him done for benefit fraud, then he wont want to see his child or pay maintainance, im assuming you dont have kids because if you did before you give these mums answers like the above you would realise what your actually taking away from that child,
*KIDS NEED DADS TO*
LOL…..just because someone is on linkedin DOESNT mean they are an active worker or have an active company, it simply can mean youre putting yourself out there, hoping someone will bite….jeesh….its whats advised by work programs.
and mods….pls can you remove the mans name etc….breech of data protection….unless you post that womans full details to even it up abit.
doing the sums, i can understand WHY this man may well have took employment. But, any man capable of running his own company wouldnt be daft enough to be online and active whilst signing on.
a few points
first of all access – where in the original post does it say that this NRP is currently seeing his child(ren) ?
secondly, benefit fraud – if this person is committing benefit fraud then he is not only committing a criminal offence but he is also costing the tax payers money – personally I do not object to ppl claiming benefits when they are genuinely unemployed but I do object to the fact that I work and pay taxes part of which goes to pay for cheats who claim benefits when they are able to support themselves
thirdly, my personal circumstances – none of you know what they are, once again Lisa ‘assumes’ … how often have you assumed in the past and been proved wrong?
fourth – you would be amazed how many NRP’s do run their own company advertise it via websites, give their home address as their business address as their home address, the contact number is the one they have given to the CSA and many even display photos of themselves on their websites … and yet some people consider the CSA to be the ‘stupid’ ones
@ Alice… A few points… Nowhere on the original post does it say he doesn’t see his kids… YOU assume….
Secondly, benefit fraud is a criminal offence but you and the CSA seem to ignore that fact when it’s the PWC who is committing that fraud!!
I too object to paying taxes for chest but I object more to paying the salaries of the idiots and lazy employees who work for the CSA… They are cheats of a different kind (worse in my opinion because they are knowingly destroying lives because of their ignorance and incompetence!!!!)
And we wouldn’t be amazed to know that you will never admit that the CSA are the biggest cheats of all….
Sally, please explain where I have indicated that either | or the CSA state it is ok for a PWC to commit benefit fraud? I think if you look back over the past few months I have advised many NRP’s on this site alone that they should contact the CHB office to report a PWC still claiming when the child is no longer in education or when the child has moved out of the PWC’s household.
Benefit fraud is wrong regardless of whom is committing it.
In response to CSA staff being lazy idiots, I can assure you that the people I work alongside are far from it – perhaps if some members on this site were to job shadow us for even a day you would find out just how difficult our job actually is.
@ Alice… “If an NRP is on benefit the csa will only investigate their employment details if they are advised that the benefit has ceased, or if the NRP or PWC report a change”… the CSA will take the time to investigate their (NRP) employment if the PWC report a change, but they won’t investigate the PWC if the NRP reports a change i.e. child working, no longer living at home, living with NRP….. these are all forms of fraud the CSA will not investigate… so as a result you are allowing it to happen!!!!
I’d expect you to say that Alice but if you were they one who’s life had been destroyed by and idiot clasifying you as ‘non-compliant’ because you can’t answer your phone during work hours or ‘pretend’ they didn’t recieve recorded delivery communications… then you wouldn’t be quite so eager to defend them….
I dont doubt the job is difficult but if they can’t do it properly then they shouldn’t do it at all….like any other business, if the staff are incapable then they should not be working there!!! If they don’t understand the rules enough to provide clear information and guidance then they shouldn’t have the job!!!
barely making £7ph x 30hrs = £210
-tax 21%
-NI 10%
(£65 deductions) = £145
+£52 WTC = £197
– 15% CSA = £167.5
£167.5 left to live on, for 30hours work. To run a car and petrol (without it breaking down is £60 for me) Rent is £100pw. If this amount of cuts were taken from the PWCs there would be outcrys.
Benefit Fraud criminal?…right…..the amount of taxation and the level of bullying in order to thieve it, and the cost of living a MODEST life….NOW THATS CRIMINAL. Add more hours?…I tried it at 48hrs, try it yourself, youre not much better off, just about break even, but then try doing 48hr week for the rest of your life.
Stupid fucking system….absolutely sick to death of it.
And PWCs moan we are trying to dodge paying for our children?….you would be the FIRST and the LOUDEST if this level of theft was happening to you!
Well said carol, its about time things were changed, i dont blame any NRP giving up work to get rid of CSA, they are robbers, nothing less than thiefs, its pathetic in this day and age that a man has to go without food and not paying bills to give more to a lazy bitch that is all out for the money, well done CSA well done, Wankers
carol:- If your net income is less than £200 a week you should not be paying child maintenance at 15% for one child.
You should pay at a reduced rate.(£5 for 1st £100 + 15% of £97 =£19.55)
Check your assessment letter and see what net income per week they have used for your assessment and enquire if it doesn’t tally with what I have said.
Also unless your tax code is BR you should not be paying tax at 21%.
thanks wilf thank you so much….i havent started work yet (just been signed off ready to, today yay) so I was doing sums using what government website said as tax, etc. However, my wage could be £7.50 ph to £11 but more likely the lower.
so 30hrs x £7.50 = £225
-20% for tax and NI =£180
+£52 wtc = £232
/ 15% CSA (£34.8)
=£197.20
my outgoings when working are around £275 per week. So doesnt take a genius as to how long it would take to become seriously in debt?
If I earnt £11ph then I would be better off, coming out with £240 pw (at BR taxation and NI) so still £35 short of essential outgoings.
I may not even get 30hrs a week as its agency work.
So yet again you lot think its perfectly ok for the financial burden of bringing up children to be placed on the pwc alone it takes two to create a life and two should be financially and morally responsible for that life. As for her snooping around if he was any decent father in the first place he would want to do the right thing by his child and there would have been no need to snoop at all. Just shows exactly what sort of father he really is

The CSA do not have a fraud department Alice, the benefit fraud hotline are not interested in a PWC claiming for 2 years to the tune of 3k for a child who did not live with her. Contact the CSA and their response is we do not view this as fraud!!!!!!
Do not expect your reply as you always ignore CSA shortcomings don’t you and refuse to acknowledge them breaking the law.
@ Stuart … I put CSA staff into 2 categories brain-dead (80%) or brainwashed (20%)… Alice is definitely brainwashed…. She knows quite a lot about the CSA rules but is completely incapable of understanding real life for those of us who who have to deal with the idiots that work for the CSA on a regular basis… theirignorance and incompetence know no boundaries…
@ Sally, the agency staff are brainwashed brain dead idiots, targets are the only thing they care about, the people who ring are just number and statistics, they don’t don’t give a second thought after the phone is put down, As for alice she is a moron, she is on a group on facebook giving hope to women who are owed money from there ex and telling them how to go about getting it, even down to lying to the agency, now how is that for supposedly not being biased, its bollocks the whole thing, its no wonder so many people hate the csa,
how interesting lisa…..nice to know alice has more faces than the town clock. But what did we expect?
what goes around comes around Alice…encouraging pwc’s to fabricate lies, then NRPs will just be forced to fold work, and guess what…the csa will collapse under its own shit.
@ Carol, exactly, they always say shit comes back to bite you on the arse, what alice does is so wrong, maybe if she wasn’t so biased and gave decent advice to all concerned then maybe she wouldt be so bad
what an utterly horrid agency with many a horrid employee. Telling NRPs to take out loans, credit cards, even telling me to set up home with a man (which I have not got) in order to live…but telling PWCs how to screw the NRPs for more.
but come on here parroting the guidelines that are biased in favour of the PWC. Now it may be because I am human, with a full and beating heart, but I read peoples stories on here, both NRPs and PWCs, and I cannot help but be affected by their plight. So Alice must just read these same tales, and think “youre just trying to dodge, tough, you should pay” without actually letting the magnitude of someones misery affect her, or become to feel compassion for the NRP. She cant, because she goes on fakebook and advises PWCs to act immorally and fraudulently.
You secondrate bitch, Alice.
