I feel hard done by if not robbed by the CSA

I would like some advise or help in the Csa robbin me blind.

I have been havin on going problems with them now for over 3 months in them not noing what they are doing I having been payin the Csa now for over 3 years without any problems as my work seem to take what they want out my wages.

I recived 3 letters over 2 months ago saing in one I owed £8500 the outher saying £5000 then the outher saying I owe £500 pound.

I filled a complain with them reg this matter with them and they admitted a mistake now they are saying I owe them around £1500 pound so they decided to take 40 persent out my wages last month without any warning or letters in sayin so as this as left me unable to pay my mortgage this month and bills.

I fill very hard done by if not robed in them doind this to me seems very unfair they can just do what they like and it can’t afford to pay a solicters in helping me with this matter they just don’t no what they are doind to me it’s making me fill so ill and sueasidle.

Please can I get help in matter?

  1. Ask them to reduce it to 30%.
    Send ( by recorded delivery) a balance sheet showing your income and outgoings, demonstrating that you can not afford to pay 40%.
    You may receive many letters on the same day because they can do multiple assessments on one day.
    Look at the dates indicated as assessment dates to get the right chronological order.
    The rates of arrears can vary because assessments of maintenance go up and down and they span the period from the assessment day to the present.

  2. Join the group Child Support Agency – Ripoffs on Facebook, the Admin will help you with your current situation with letters etc

  3. Your employer is not allowed to stop money from your wages without you agreeing to the amount to be stopped.
    Check the employment law act 1965 no monies are allowed to be stopped from employees wages unless said employee agrees to it.
    The key thing you need to remember here is the csa are in breach of employment law, they like to go around threatening your boss or employers with legal action and most will cave in to those idle threats.
    What the bosses need to remember is the increase in paperwork their end and administration work then the separate payment to out to just 1 employee, but who pays for this extra work NOT THE CSA.
    I stood my ground over 1 employee and did not deduct any monies from his wages they threatened this and that but guess what they did not nor take me to court nor did they seize anything of the companies.
    I am sure there are women here that think what i did was wrong, but when it comes to running a business everything has a cost or monetary value do i want my employees time taken up working out anothers wages and deductions seperatly from everyone elses if i can not charge for that time no.

    So in a nut shell CSA do your own work and stop making others do it for you is my business supposed to suffer because 1 employee has defaulted on his parenting responsibilitys no its not.
