Are you on this planet ???? It’s simple you do the crime do you the time. No one forced you to have kids. And no one is stopping you from seeing them.
But they are your kids so you have an obligation to see there financially secure.
If this isn’t what you want to hear then I suggest you have it cut off.

He is right you women need to step up to the line and agree to fair and reasonable terms for us fathers to have access.
@ Rachael you need to realise there are women out there that are just hell bent on destroying their ex’s life.
I had to fight for 2 years to get access to my kids and yet i did nothing wrong she was the one who cheated she was the one who stabbed me twice and beat me on numerous occasions even though i had done nothing wrong.
And she is the one who is on her fourth marriage in 11 years whilst i am still with the woman i met 9 years ago.
So what does that tell you now, the majority of us are not tossers and do the right thing yet we still get the short end of the stick, fighting the CSA is like climbing the greasy pole and you’re damned if you don’t and damned if you do.
We lose all our rights whilst you women get everything handed to you.

@ Rachel, there are many fathers out there who have “found out” they are dads by a CSA letter, or a woman turning up claiming to be pregnant and he is the dad, if a father doesnt get access the mother should get no money, it works both ways, its ok for the woman to take the decision on herself to give birth to a possibly unwanted child, but still expects the poor guy to pay, and it doesnt matter how many men they name as the dad, the CSA will still make them pay, oh and its about time that women who named men as a father later proved not to be, should be done for fraud,
