Contact CSA and demand a DNA test on any child that has been named yours!
Somebody has claimed you dad and they will believe ask for dna but id you are you pay for that too
Call csa ask for dna . If u r the dad u have to pay for it if you Not she well have to pay for it . Only way arould it mate they may just got your IN mixed up with someone uses it happen. But keep truck want come out then claim it all back in when come back not urs
The CSA are famous for making big mistakes. There should be a named child on what ever they sent you. Write to them asking for a copy of your dp file (data protection file) and there should be some information in there. This file is free so don’t let them try and charge you for it. They can organise a DNA tet for you too and I’m sure you only pay for it if your the dad
It may seem like a DNA test is an expense you can ill afford, being on benefits but you have to get the money any way you can. If you are certain you are not the father it will save you time, effort and money in the future.
Don’t leave it for the CSA to investigate because they won’t. You have to take charge and get it sorted ASAP.
