I can’t see my daughter as CSA say I’m in arrears

March 13, 2014

I was in the RAF when my ex wife & I split, I paid CSA until I left in 2007 which I informed them of, however they have continued to calculate my payments as if I were. I have gone on to have other jobs which I have paid the CSA.

About 2 years ago I took my ex wife to court so I can see my daughter, this is when the areas came to light.

I contacted the CSA about this & received a letter stating there were no arrears. In December my ex wife stopped me from seeing my daughters as the CSA had informed her there was still a £5000 arrears. I have since rang the CSA to sort this out but they have done nothing to resolve this.

@ becky and Jill you are both missing this guys point here.
His ex HAS stopped him seeing his daughter because the CSA say he owes 5 grand and she is using his daughter as a weapon now. Where does he say or imply that the court have stopped him seeing his kids ? Nowhere. This is a pure and simple case of the mother digging her heals in because she wants money…..skank!!!
