I am over £14,000 down because of the CSA

January 4, 2014

Well what can I say, I have had 20 years of total maladministration (which the csa have admitted to me!)and am over £14,000.00 down because of it.

I have had a couple of small payments over the years, one was supposed to be sent to a subsequent daughter of the father of my son whom we knew nothing of until then.(The csa said at the time oh dont worry about it we wont be asking for it back!!!!!)basically my story is full to the rim of mess-up upon mess-up on the csa’s part with the usual incompetence. They even managed to ‘put to storage’ (hide amongst other paperwork) a court granted liability order for eight years,of course when it had then expired.

I made sure that they got another court granted liability order straight away but so far still nothing.Oh there are too many ridiculous mistakes made by the csa to mention in this one statement but I have gone through every emotion possible, etc etc

Dont think so. Get a job like the fathers do and job done. You owe your kids money . Nobody owes you a penny. Find a job. If we can do it sure you can. I split up and left 2 kids. My ex is screwing me for more than 335 a month. Yet im living with this girl and her son and we dont ask him for nothing. We just make sure thw father looks after him now and then and helps out. Dont need the csa… Y do mothers fuck fathers life up for. Help you need not his money… Need a chat about going away from the csa and help from the father then get him involved with thw kids life. Any help you need to do this in the best way just ask….we need to find out about your living and how many kids and do the father want to see the kid/s…..

Works now Dave – it was published, fed through to Facebook, and then unpublished until the next day. The relevant person has been slapped.

what a disgusting and vile response ANDREW JONES , you can not just walk away from your children and expect not to pay for them, the absent parent SHOULD always pay for thier children , not expect the state to clear up your mess.

    Mistakes, what mistakes !!
Oh you mean like taking £200 a month from your wages then admitting they shouldn’t have taken it and telling you that you will never get your Money back and your MP cannot do a thing about it .
Spent 5 years writing to my MP George Freeman and he just said he couldn’t do anything about it even though the CSA admitted they took money they admitted they shouldn’t have taken !!
Really do you still think these are mistakes !!

Fourvees,I understand that your predicament maybe shouldnt have happened but please dont ostracize every pwc. This is a hard and long task that we often dont realise that we are going to end up with.

Got something to say?
