I am an easy target as I am on PAYE says CSA
I have two children by two different women. i secured a court order re contact with my oldest. he is nine this year i have not seen him since he was two and a half. i received a phone call from his mother stopping contact then another call telling me they had moved. this totally broke the order made. the c.s.a. continue to support this criminal.
i see my second child regulary and pay through a private arrangement.
at one point i thought i would be better off paying two cases through the agency. i had a long conversation with a manager who advised how it work. i went ahead and after some weeks i received an assessment. the bastards decided that one of children is worth more than other because of transitional phasing. does the child who i see regulary get the most money, no. the most money goes to the criminal bitch who it seems will stop at nothing to destroy life. the whole problem with this is that during my long conversation at no point was phasing mentioned. the c.s.a convieniently cannot find a record of this phone call the liars. needless to i stopped the two cases.
the criminal now gets £70 per week while i pay £20 for my second son. i cannot feed myself i certainly cannot pay for treats for youngest and all the while a woman who has broken the law is supported by the government. when will someone stop people using children as weapons. if the c.s.a was fair there would not be so many people who do not pay. i have even been told by a case worker that i am an easy target because i am on paye. should i quit work? i think i would be better off. the whole system does not work because the people who run it dont know from one day to the next what rules have changed.
i have demanded to speak to geraghty but the head of a public tax funded agency apparently does not speak to the people whose lives he screws up.
I pay his wages, who does he think he is?

I wish that happened for me, but my 2 children had to have their money shared with my ex’s ex (who has children so she doesnt have to work) and she kept all her benefit money and got her rent and council tax paid too, She has another child by someone else and gets money for that child too, so Im worse off than her, as I have 2 children by the same man, and work so dont get benefits and have to pay my rent and council tax in full! Is that fair?!
does the father see the children?, have you broken a court order?, does the father know where the children live? the csa is completely unfair as it does not take into account any nrp expenses two weeks ago i had to get three prescriptions which left me with £8.00 for the week is that fair, especially as i care for my second child three/four nights per week and the csa also ignore that. it is sadly the case that you and i would be better off not working but i would still not know where my son is or what he looks like should a woman who can do that recieve support from the government when she has broken the law????
