I am abroad and I’m concerned they are going for prosecution in my absence

July 2, 2013

background: I was unemployed for about a year. i was repossessed and left homeless. i was given temporary shelter with a friend short term. While i was abroad looking for work i received a letter at this temporary address from the CSA to attend an interview under caution because they believe i committed an offense (in other words they wanted up to date details and had been sending me letters to my repossessed home – which obviously i did not receive.

I opened the interview letter when i returned to renew my visa and it was too late to attend the the interview date they gave me. im still abroad and concerned that in my absence they are going for prosecution. i no longer live in the UK. i dont have an address any more in the UK any more. im worried. what are the possibilities? i cant reply to letters as im no longer in the UK. but we all know how the csa work and will ignore any information i give them that im not even in the UK or at the old address to respond. any advice will be appreciate. thank you in advance. Mark
