How your MP can help against the Child Support Agency
I have been fighting the CSA for years. I have made hundreds of phone calls and sent loads of letters, every thing I do is ignored by the CSA.
This agency is no better than a common theif, they lie and steal from those who are easy targets.
The staff without exeption are rude, agressive and generally man haters!
One member of staff in Belfast told me, and I quote “If you hadn’t spread your seed you would have these problems” another chose to hang up on me when I was expalining how down and depressed their treatment is making me feel.
The entire agency should be closed and the staff put into the financial hardship they seem to relish putting others in.
In dispair I started writing to my MP Steve Brine (Tory) after 5 letters and 5 prompt replies it is very obvious that there is nothing he can do, even though they are in the wrong and it can be proved. They steal so much money from me that my family only eat every other day, I have a 10 year old who is constantly ill because the CSA are strealing my ability to care for him.
So why cant and elected member of parliament get these people off their butts to look into my case? What use is an MP who has no say? When did the civil service get given the right to ignore the MP’s, the list of questions is long.
I suggest a national campaign against this illegal government agency, involving mass emailing of the PM, and mass requesting of your data file from the CSA.
I intend to sue the CSA for mental and physical stress caused to me and my family through the way they have adminstered my case and for stealing money direct from my account when it was not due, for causing my 10 year old illness through malnutrition and for stopping me seeing my absent Son through causing financial hardship.
So if we arranged a set date to get as many applicatiopns in for data files this would surely break the CSA in half and hopefully expose them and the MP’s taht support them fully as a bunch incompetent idiots.

Don’t forget email David Cameron, Nick Clegg, Ian Duncan Smith and your local MP and not just once, do it weekly until they start looking into your case. Contact your local paper and get them to get a quote on your case from your MP. Don’t stop fighting until there is a huge pile of unemployed thieves that used to be the CSA.
On an end note the Son that is in this case was not a case of “Spreading my seed” but infact planned in a loving marriage, He has never wanted for anything and is indeed my best friend, the ex wife has tried to get the CSA to stop but can’t they constantly deny receiving letters form her!

My M.P. initially helped me and then turned bandit. They are all in on the scam together. It pays their expenses!
Dareen if you want to make life for this lot uncomfortable. try the European courts on the basis of your right to a private family life. Also, those who pay are being discriminated against, as there are lots of people who should pay NOT paying. You can download forms for the European court on their website!
£3.7 billion remains uncollected and they keep coming to me and you for more and more! That is discrimination!
My case started from a liability of £3,500 from 2006 to 2007 when I gave up work and returned to university. The csa refused to accept I’d given up work (despite my p45 and student council tax certificate) and continued the assessment claiming never to have received confirmation of my status. They have now been sent this confirmation by a solicitor but have requested further information and continued the assessment. Solicitors are next to useless and simply dont fight the case, my MP (who used taxpayers money to buy a new boiler, all within the rules mind) doesn’t even deal with letters on this subject but they are dealt with by his P.A. who jsut seems to go along with whatever the csa tell her. (poor love) One chap paid in £5,000 but the csa lost it and are forcing him to pay again. (probably using the money to fund illegal wars in the middle east) The only way to go is to take a ‘CLASS ACTION’ of complaints to the ECJ, there are solicitors who are not afraid of the csa who will do this. Any takers?
I have been fighting for maintenance for 10 years for my son. My ex owes £9,000 and now says he is unemployed – i don’t believe this and the CSA won’t research into his circumstances. I have just been to see my MP but her advice is ” if men don’t want to pay then no government can do anything”. She was next to useless but then again it was her government that starte the CSA so she coldn’t really slag it off! I have sent a HUGE complaint letter to CSA and copied in David Cameron, Maria Miller & my local MP. I will send it to as many MPs as i can until i get the response i get!
My issue isn’t the fact that my ex is lying and not paying its the CSA system and the shambles it is. There is no co-ordination and it is completely incompetent, the staff are not bothered and it is a complete stress for anyone dealing with it!
my case also falls on deaf ears with these robbers, i supposedly owe 21k to the sec of state, i have a liability order on the house and was paying £100 per month but since i have a new partner and have an amaizing 1 year old daughter and with the current crisis by the time ive paid all bills etc i have nothing left!! my case was closed back in 2007 , ive asked and written to them to prove to me where this 21k has gone?, my relationship with my now 15 and 13 year old thanks to them is non exsistance and they have single handedley put me in hospital twice i have had 2 yes 2 breakdowns , and they say they are fair ?? i would rarther eat dog sh*t than trust the csa, i have now got to fill in a N244 form to explain to the courts why i cant pay? i,m worried they are going to try and sell MY HOUSE YES MY HOUSE!! NOT THE CSA!!!! from under me!!! they should not be allowed to do this as i feel its against my human rights!! they should be shut down asap . ive tried the mp route but again they dont give a toss about the NRP, I could go on , they should not be allowed to seize property and cause hardship they are corrupt and the government if you can call it that Should be ashamed.
why bother with mp.s ? they are the ones who invented this situation and dont give a monkeys about you . they say you get the government that you deserve so we only have ourselves to blame …….or you people who vote for them have yourselves to blame
