How to stop payment to ex wife due to neglect of my son

On 3rd June 2011 I rang CSA at Duddley and spoke to Emma Turley line manager regards to maintenance I pay to x-wife; which I want to stop.
Emma instructed me to write to DWP and to CSA outlining my reasons. I wrote to DWP and the copy of that letter was sent to CSA with the letter I wrote to CSA.I instructed DWP to stop paying CSA as instructed by them.CSA stated that they cannot stop payment being taken out but the DWP can. I received a call from DWP Manager Mr George stating that he cannot stop payment from my Income Support as CSA will not let them. I have read CSA bookelt and there is nothing based on stopping payment if you wish to challenge this at Court or Tribunal. It seems to me that CSA have one rule only and that is for them take payment out.

I beleive that DWP and CSA are in breach of my Human Rights and I should have the right to challenge CSA and my x-wife; why I should pay maintenance when my son is not been taken care of and he is at risk. My son is 5yrs & 10months and has ASD & ADHD since age of 3yrs. My x-wife has continued to break contact order since start of the custody from January 2008 and it is still continuing and It’s Agencies like CSA and DWP who incourage single parents to get way with it.

CSA should have a system to allow parents to contest this in Court or at Tribunals if he or she thinks that it is wrong to pay a carer who is clearly has no intrest for the child. CSA booklet is absoultely in favour of the carer and nothing of allowing the payer to challenge the Auothrity when you the right to do so. I was on the phone today with CSA for more than 1 hour arguing that they are breaching my human rights and I also explained to them I want to challenge this in court or Tribunal and if the Judge agrees that I need to pay then I will and CSA are also aware that they can calim back the arears and they aditmitted that to me;so I cannot see why they will not stop the payment.

There must be away to deal with CSA and DWP this maintenance going out with the reasons I have outlined to them. Can any one help me please becuase it feels like CSA have taken the LAW into there own hands. I look forward to hearing from any one. Kind Regards.

  1. Lets nail this one from the start. The CSA have NOTHING to do with your child’s welfare. All they are, are a glorified debt collection agency with over the top powers, run by dykes.

If you have any money & are unfortunate enough to have a child, and a greedy ex-wife then you my friend are screwed. (Same as me!). They do not & will not care about any of your “rights” and will positively attempt to make you destitute and homeless. No court in the land will touch them as they are “above the law” and most of the court system is biased and on their side. If your a bloke..your stuffed.

I have considered suicide twice due to these wa****s as all hope of a life has now been taken away, & depression is a constant companion, not that the CSA give a sh**.

Become unemployed (or dead) and live in a tent/caravan/shed (like me!) and then they can’t take anything further from you.

seriously considering giving up…fu**ing well had enough.

  2. oh, and before you all scream, I am paying over 730 per month in CM, and 300 for the fact I went bankrupt, after giving the greedy ex the house and all the content, and walked away with all the shared marital debt. NONE of which gets to the kids ( I have proof of this), and disables me from EVER getting a property again, or even traveling down to see my boyz :-(. So all those CSA spies reading this…well done. another bloke bites the dust…..
