I don’t know the case history so I’m not judging. but if your ex was on 23k when the relationship ended then maybe you should ask your ex to pay you a fair proportion of 23k+ inflation. but why would you be entitled to a share of 100k? just because their earning more shouldn’t make it automatically yours. your child/children don’t cost more as the ex earns more. however they should pay something
