How much will my son actually see of that?

I lost custody of my son through a break down in the legal system. I am currently earning peanuts working as a carer, I travel 200 miles a month to see my child and csa have chosen to take £120 a month out of my wages I’m scared I won’t be able to see my son. I have called them to say I can’t afford £120 a month. And when you look at it how much will my son actually see of that???

Unfortunately no one can tell the pwc what and when to spend the money. I would only hope that it goes on your child. I hope you get it sorted
Was having same sort of problem, it cost me job as could no longer afford the fuel to get to work (i don’t see how it can be Legal)
They did the same with me, wanting unrealistic amounts, so I wrote to them to tell them I cannot pay what they were asking as needed fuel to travel to and from work….. the issued my employer with a DEO order, ensuring I couldn’t go to work
They dont believe u wen u say u cant afford the amount they want and if u send them ur outgoings and incomings and only have 100 spare they will still take 120 mathematical impossible to collect 120 but they are heartless fucktards who either dont care or can not work that out. Any other debt collector or court or other gov depts will take outgoings n incomings into consideration I just dont know why nobody will help wen it comes to the csa and their calculations. Its heart breaking wat they do. They drive u out of work. Wud not suprise me if the recession is contributed by the csa due to putting so many working folk into hardship that affects the economy. Has any one thought of writing to Osborne explaining their hardship caused by the csa and if it was sorted the economy would grow and they will get a good record and win power. How many in our position with csa wud vote a government who listens n helps us. All write n bombard Osborne.
