How much should I be paying?

I have three of my own children 16, 15, & 11 and 1 child I support who lives with me full time with my new partner. I have at the moment a amicable agreement with my ex partners, but they want more money from me, can you possibly let me know what I should be paying them equally, the 16 & 15 year old are from one relationship whom stay with me 2 nights every weekend, the 11 year old has regular contact with me but will not come to stay at weekends for what ever reason although there is avalibility for her to do so, what would be my calculation.

Not too sure wether or not this is circumstantial or not but on one of the relationships, when we spilt up there was a considerable debt we had between us that we amicablly sort out of £256 per month, (still oongoing for the next 5 years) now that is figure that I pay on my & my ex partners behalf + the amicable agreement of £333.33 per month for child maintenance to both parties, so that is a total of £589.33.is this correct or should I just pay the 89.99 as your calculator has said?

  1. Csa only take from the day the phone call goes in, I hope you have proof of any payments before this happens?, if not start doing it now, a pwc can lie and say payments were gifts and not maitanence….get signatures if you can that this is the case. A pwc can also stop overnight stays if this means less money for them…great idea thought up there by the government, not! Just keep proof. If the calculator says 89.00 then my advice is give them a ring and see what they say, no harm. Good luck.
