If your paying her more and she keeps applying to the Csa in the hope it will be even more and it turns out its less everytime then I would let csA deal with it , if she cancels again don’t give her any more money ,she will go back to csa and hopefully she will leave it at that, maybe u can ring the csa and discuss with them about her opening and shutting the case and maybe they r able to discuss it with her
No DO NOT let the CSA handle it, you’ll suddenly find you owe arrears for periods you’ve paid, and you’ll rue the day they ever got involved.
