They make up any calculation they like, take that amount every week/month then a year down the line they’ll tell you the calculation was wrong and you owe arrears. Once they recalculate what you ‘owe’, they will completely screw you over to the point of crippling you. I suggest that what ever they take from you, put another £100 a month into a savings account, you’ll be glad of it in a years time. Good luck.
