How do I owe so much if I’ve always paid regularly?

I am being charged over £400 per month. Glad of this is arrears. They won’t tell me why I have so much arrears when I have been paying regular.

When I ask to talk to someone they can never help me. They have now re sent me another later and my payments have gone up. Don’t understand why as my new wage is the same as my last job. I have used the on line calculator and that works out a lot less than what they are charging me. Why? I am on the verge of loading my house and falling behind with my bills. I am not sure what to do. 1. Why is it that csa often are on the case when fathers are paying for their children, but my ex son in law who is claiming income support and cheating the system works cash in hand, and csa have told me they can,t do anything about it because he’s not paying tax. Oh really but claiming housing etc., benefit fraud and getting away with it this is okay. My daughter works to look after her daughter and is scrutinized down to the last penny this system is a complete farce and joke. I have lost all faith in this so called benefits scheme be a lousy cheat and liar and they believe you.

  2. Get an account breakdown.. Ask for one every month if you like.. You are entitled to this.. Visit csaripoffs Facebook page for some sound advice. Good luck
