Just cos he is working dont mean he is rolling in it. These days jobs pay low wages the cost of living is mega high and the csa dont take the hard expensive uk economy and low wages into account. He maybe working but also maybe struggling to make ends meet then u come slong with csa and screw him over. How about trying to be fair write him a polite letter keep a copy tell him he is free to see kids anytime but ask him politly if he can help financially even if its a few quid ur relation with him will improve s bit him n kids will have better bond and he will help eventually. The csa will screw u both n make things worse
I think you need to find someone who can drop your children off to him and then cut off all other means of contact, perhaps a family member? Not paying Child support isn’t a reason to stop contact.
If he is working for a company rather than for himself, you should contact the csa. If he’s self employed i wouldn’t even bother.
