How did the CSA let them pretend to be me?
Hi my ex wife got a male to ring up child support and pretend to be me, they changed my address and phone number, asked for a statement of my income to be sent to the fake address (a friend of my ex) CSA did send it.
My case worker rang me to ask if I called because it’s been a long process and seemed strange to ring and deny my 50/50 courted appointed access with my daughter, meaning I would have to pay child support.
What are my legal rights in this case?
To me its fraud, and breach of my private confidentially on CSA behalf

That’s is bad. But this is wot the csa are best of coz they know they get money for doing it. But if it was about the father getting a girl to phone ti stop the csa then it will be hard as the csa know they won’t got money anymore …. Funny that.. Csa should be 50/50 and the father should look after the kid/s half way. If the mother stops contact then the money should be stopped… Simple..

If you can prove they did it then that class as froud
fraud ** ask for a copy of what they ask them to do like proff and then take to lawyer
