How could they take so much from me?
The CSA have just taken £670 out of my bank accounts without informing me or Santander informing me, leaving me with just over £30 to live on.
This equates to about 96%. My account is on hold with the csa which I have in writing so is this legal?
I was paying £575 per month csa payments for my one 16 years old daughter, but then lost my job because of my ex-wife whose first husband committed suicide.
I have phoned the csa but their jobsworth at their Wolverhampton office refuces to acknowledge my account is on hold and he is getting a big fat bonus for fraudulently stealing the money from me.
I have a trust fund set up to the value of over £28K and an ISA for over £8K, but these are not taken into account. I am out of work now so why can the CSA steal money from me when my account with them is on hold?

They do what they like and thiefs and yes will take from bank acount
Get on the phone to them see what there say and tell them there have left u 30pound to live on for the month so now u have to pack your job in as u have no money to get there or for food for yourself and ya there just do what there want
They won’t give a toss that they left you with no money. So long as they got what they want you can beg borrow or steal for all they care. They are total twats
@CSAHell so, what else did you expect? Dealing with CSA is like asking hitler to keep his word
