Ive never heard of anyone being asked to go to Poland and I worked benefits agency for yeats. Also your ex isn’t legally allowed to take your child out of the country without your permission. Im in Scotland and my ex wasn’t even allowed to take our boys to England without my permission. . You’d be better getting a Solicitor to look into this for you and go to court to get help in finding your kids. My ex took our boys away without permission and I was frantic as I didn’t know where they were. The court had Police out looking for him. Turned out he’d moved into a flat up North, registered at a university and registered our boys at a new school. The Sheriff signed a warrant for his arrest through his solicitor and he turned himself in then was made to appear in court nxt 48hrs. Tried to say id given him my permission which was a lie and the sheriff knew it. He was given 48hrs to return the boys and that if they were not back in their old school by the Monday at 9am he’d be arrested and charged. Luckily I phoned the school and told them the boys were coming back because another parent called after me and I had got my sons place back but there was only 1 place and if I hadn’t phoned then our boys would have been split up and would have had to go to different schools. You have to keep fighting and never give up…ever
