How can they take money from me when I haven’t got it?
I have for the last ten/eleven years received maintenance from my ex via the csa. for my daughter. Three weeks before her 16th birthday, went to live with her father. The maintenance I used to received obviously stopped, child benefit, my working tax and the child tax credit leaving me about £700 per month less, all I have now are my wages which doesnt cover my outgoings. I have been through Payplan and I have a negative of at least £230 per month and dont know how I am going to survive. My ex is now better off with the maintenance I used to receive the child benefit and child tax he is married with two wages in the household. HE has now applied to the csa for me to pay for my daughter who doesnt want anything to do with me. I do not have any excess money like I have mentioned.
So, how can they take money from me, when I havent got it, IF I do get my debts sorrted out, I have calculated I could have £40 per month to live on for food, clothes etc., car tax petrol, mot tv licence and any other unexpected outgoings which I am sure there will be.
Can anyone give me any answers.

Welcome to the world of the CSA, now you will know exactly how practically all NRP feel, the CSA don’t care that you have no money to exceed to their demands, they will just enforce a DEO against your wages
Maggie
Welcome to the world of a NRP all PWC should plan for the future when the CSA cash machine comes to an end . Who got the CSA involved in the first place ? If it was yourself it called karma 🙂 if you speak to you ex very nicely you may be able to come to a private arrangement !
Now you know how NRPs feel, to be financialy humiliated by this agency that it still to date commits fraud and is blameable for nuemerous fathers whom have commited suicide, poetic justice comes to mind
Well maybe if you didn’t use the csa in the first place then maybe he wouldn’t of used them.
Karma bitch it’ll come an bite your arse one day I love this story funny as welcome to our miserable world your lucky you don’t have kids that live with you then you’d be screwed like the rest of us big pat on your ex’s back
How do you think your ex managed? If he is the parent with care then you should help support, like he did for you. Talk about wanting your cake and eating it!
This is what happens when the shoes is on the other foot, what was good for you, is now good for your ex, he was paying the maintenance now its down to you to do the same, the people above are in the same boat and are having the same trouble with the CSA, Nrp,s like yourself have second families and there kids have to suffer, shit happens I say, karma is a bitch
woooooooooooooooow…… To much talk of Karma and bitterness. I must admit that when I read the article a wry smile came across my face……. butttttttttttttttttttt.
If all of this negative emotion was put towards the real culprits and we all as PARENTS stand in unity of the total unfairness, misery and discrimination the csa bring we may be in a better standing. I for one am trying to start an organisation or union to fight back and want as many PARENTS who have been victimised by the CSA to join in a single fight. We have all been mistreated and dealt with callously by the tortfeasors at the CSA. Why stand to gain independent victories in the battle when a collective approach may well end in a collective victory against the very ethos and practices of this illegal agency.

As I have said the CSA create a dependency on the maintenance for the PWC and when this stops for whatever reason the PWC don’t plan for this and Maggie was on easy street in her own words has lost 700 quid per month less ! Hope she is not of child bearing age or she will probably dupe some othe poor sod into having another kid that’s a 8400 quid a year golden ticket !
https://www.facebook.com/groups/204256966364149/ taking a no nonsense approach to the incompetent idiots at CSA, we get and give fair impartial advice, we also make complaints that actually get listened to,
Its funny how the friendly relationship you had all those years will suddenly change now they know you are the NRP. I bet it feels like talking to the enemy now. They are all about getting money FROM the NRP to pay the POOR PWC who is always in the right ! WELCOME to THE DARKSIDE !!
I’m an NRPP and they ONLY seem to believe the pwc! Still ,it’s getting the money rolling in & makes it look like it’s doing a good job !!!!! We just ask to have enough left to live on ourselves for the second family……PLEASE!
Madcon (spooky my ringtone is begging)
I couldn’t agree more. But the agency itself is only there to make money hence the onesidedness of the proposed charges and the ability to pay (alleged) bonus schemes to its workers. All I am saying is that if the assessment procedure was fair and equal in the first place this dependency would / could not arise. This does not permit a man or NRP as we are lovingly called from escaping his duty to his child but that as the law states this has to be within his means. The fault lies with the intervention of the CSA in an emotive issue that requires human intervention not a draconian one formula fits all approach. With regards to the monies lost most of this came from WTC and other benefits that are (Rightly) given to single parents for the costly role of being a single parent. For me the issue is that the CSA should take into consideration that these benefits are there for parents and the NRP should not be expected to foot all the bill. This would be the benefit of a more in-depth assessment which was in fact completed by a judge when courts had jurisdiction and discretion in child support.
What really worries me is the kids born into the Csa age from1993 the first ones will be of child Bearing age now and how easy it is to make a living of NRP with the help of the CSA and sit on benifits !
Bit harsh there Paul?
good u know how we feel now then dont u…hahaha
