How can they freeze my accounts?
I paid my csa payments for several years without a problem until I made a decision to set up my own company (Jan 2014).
I informed them and they were very understand and gave me a zero rating. I continued to give my ex wife money when I could.
In oct I received a letter stating that I had been reassessed at £63 per week based on the previous tax year. After many phone calls and letters trying to explain that I had little income the arrears accrued.
I wrote to them in Feb (recorded delivery letter) asking what was happening, I have had no replies until today when I have been informed that my assets were being frozen. I went to the bank and Got confirmation that £3k had already been deducted from my account. Now at a complete loss and going to get my MP involved.

Did your x wife get any of it
There get a percent of the money now so your x wife or kid should i say wont get the full 3k anyway
Request your file from them to work out how they have come to their decision (there are request templates on the internet), try to resolve with them via recorded letters, go to your MP if that fails & start a formal complaint.
