Sorry I believe every body has the wrights to the knowledge to they r known parent , not just the mother
its only a swabb for crying out loud i think the father is aloud to know if they are the actuall father or not.
age dose not main a thing , if u think a older child should not take it cos it well broke their w.e then some would go for younger one as well . they have the right to know who their dad is
i have three children with the ex and we havent been together for nearly 11 years and havent seen my children at the same time. i no my two oldest ones are mine but the youngest mite not be. i asked the court for a dna but the ex told the court that she dident wont to have an dna so the court denied me one. so to this day i dont no if hes mine . thats the system for you
They can only Give the child a DNA with the permision of the mother if the mother refuses the father still has to pay the csa
I think a women has to much contrail off there child’s future and knowing how’s the baby daddy’s one off them ,
If the mother refuses a dna test the csa close the case, they do not take any payments from the father.
No if the pwc refuses maintenance is stopped till it’s done or Nrp refuses it stays in place till they do
Of course its not illegal, making someone who is not the dad pay should be illegal.
Its quite common, Mothers hide until the child is classed as Gilick competant and no judge will ever question this deciding without any proof or seeing the said child in question that the father is the father magistrates first then a visiting high court judge.
The Law now needs to change regarding the childs refusal never mind the mothers.
