How can the CSA say that it won’t change it?

September 19, 2014

I have received my new calculation for the csa calculation which my ex partner is to pay for his son.

CSA have based the figures on a £103 per week wage. On the new schedule month 1 is £194.03 plus arrers of £60.98 then 11 months monthly payments of £423.27. I seemed to have missed out on over two weeks of payments.

I have spoken to csa and to their technical team and because they entered this into their computer they say this is correct and it can not be changed and that is what I will get and nothing will change it.

This is not 15% of my ex partners wage as I am ment to receive. Please could you advice me how this is right they can do this.

How’s about be grateful for getting something, greedy cow, go get a bloody job instead of expecting your ex to foot your bill! It’s not your money! It’s not money you should rely on it’s to help with your children I don’t see any mention of access or your kids, thinking of yourself as usual

Yet another case of “it’s all about the money” you are getting over £400 a month, there are some men that walk away scott free and pay nothing…..people like you make me sick, I kind of hope your ex appeals CSA dession and AND WINS……..!!!!!!!!!!
