How can the CSA harass an elderly woman like that?
CSA have sent bailiffs around to my elderly mothers home and discussed ALL personal details with my Mum.
Ive lived overseas for 10 years and stayed with my Mum for a few weeks last year when trying to sort things out with my ex.
My mother explained all of this. But the guy continued to harass her saying that he had an arrest warrant and if I came to UK I would be arrested and passport taken off me until I paid up.
Im not too bothered about the claims, they don’t even add up. But I am annoyed that these people can just do as they like and stress an 84 year old lady like that.

Because they scum bastards
They can not do that . When u moved they would have had to close the claim down with inc any money u od . when uu come back the claim would had to be re open and start all over again . i would go and get a copy your hold claim and get a lawyer to help you out .
They really are the scum of the earth.
1. Get in touch with your mp.
2. I would contact every newspaper in the country and shame the CSA and individuals who have done this to your elderly mother.
3. Join CSA rippoffs on facebook and ask for more advice.

There’s something in Britain that’s called Data Protection! They should not rightfully discuss your business with anyone but you. Your poor mum… hope she’s OK

they have dun this too us we left country n after fighting them they closed it in 2005 but actually did in 2013 its took them 8 yrs to do it……….they hav to close as yr not a uk resident anymore……and we are currently goin threw data pro as theyve broke it twice sending info to the ex that relates to wen we lived abroad they hav the wrong date on it to use the higher smount truble is we caught em out coz we took it to court………still havent changed it……..there pure scum they hav thretened to take our house for money we dont owe keep fighting them
