How can she already be getting CSA?

My partner had one night stand with girl before he met he wants dna test done but she seems to think shes claiming csa already.

Child is 7wks old and hes not on child birth cefitcate.

How can this be? Pls help…

If the dna test proves that he is the father, by law he is liable to pay child support

He would had a letter and if he provided info then that’s him accepting parentage

She is . From the day the dna come bk it just be going on arrears sadly
