How can my arrears increase in the final stages?
I have a 15 year old daughter who i pay for and the csa take the money out of my wages. I have recently been in contact with them requesting a breakdown of what i have paid over the past 14 years.
I requested this on Oct 2nd this year and still waiting for the said document. I have spoke to 4 seperate officers who each tell me differnt tales “it takes 10 days” “it takes 2 weeks” I have since recieved a breakdown but only the last 3 years stating I have paid £15,000 when I should of only paid £10.500
I pay £153 a week for 1 child on a salary of $26.000. I was told back in 2000 I had arrears of £8,500 I have been paying £42 arrears for the last 7 years and now they say I owe another £3,150 how can my arrears increase in the final stages no one can answer this or give me what I requested so looks like another 0845 20 minute call to get no-where

GOOD LUCK 11 MONTH AND STILL WAITING FOR MY OH BREAK DOWN
Because they don’t have a clue themselves. It also depends on if you are on the new system or the old one. You need to speak to a supervisor and record all of your conversations and take notes and details because they never update the systems as they say they do. Don’t get angry because it’s not worth the stress, trust me.
