If you are not the biological father, request a dna through the csa and prove it. Once that’s done you will not have to pay csa payments.
If you are the biological father you will be paying and you’ll have to cover the costs of the dna test.
Csa are not there to support children or parents, they are there to take money (mainly from father’s) and that’s it so forget help with access.

They should shut the bloody place down. They make everyones life a misery. The staff are heartless bas#t@rd# and nobody knows the ‘rules’ as they make them up as they go along. Forget complaining they never listen to you and they couldnt care less if you’ve not got any money to pay rent let alone feed yourself.

Csa don’t have to offer a DNA that’s also a choice off the mothers if the mother Denys a DNA you then have to take her to court sadly there not in to prove ing DNA there in to getting money from fathers
Write to Jeremy Kyle, don’t laugh, anything’s worth a try, they will do a DNA (I know of someone who went on the show and got the help they needed, free) otherwise you will be responsible for a cold who isn’t yours until he finishes school. Good luck with this.
