How can I remove the CSA marker from my property?
Having fallen into arears some time ago, a relationship i was in at the time fell apart, although we remained friends we lost contact for a while. During this time, the csa put a marker on my ex partners home for my arrears. I have been making regular payments now for four years and have shown i have a pension due in two years when i have agreed to clear all my outstanding arears.
CSA will not remove marker from property, my ex is now in financial problems and is looking to remortgage to reduce outgoings, however she cant due to the marker, is there any way anyone can suggest i can get this removed? i have been fully committed to clearing arrears but they are so inflexible, have asked to put marker on pension but seemingly due to law this is not allowed

The CSA cannot mark property that is not in your name!! My partner and I sold our house, my flat and bought a house in my name only and the CSA has no rights whatsoever to it as I am not the NRP… We took legal advice before making the decision. the CSA staff are useless liars who will say and do anything to force NRPs to pay!!
get legal advice and go to see your local MP….
